Cancellation & No-Show Policy At J Skin Lab, we value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): A fee of 25% of your scheduled service will be charged. • No-Shows: A fee of 25% of your scheduled service will be charged.
